need small improvement, good property to stay but few things need replacement like tv remote or bath tap

Very clean. Location good for exploring in and out the city by car, good facilities, clear instructions, free parking. We would definitely consider staying again.

Clean, modern flat with plenty parking.

The flat looked exactly like the pictures. 2 bedrooms a spacious living room and kitchen with all the basic amenities. Everything was clean and tidy. The bedrooms are not massively spacious but both had double beds with one bathroom and one ensuite with shower. There was good heating and access to free WiFi. Also this property had a private residents parking space. I would book this property again if needed. It's a shame that we had a stressful check-in process.

I would've appreciated the owner being their while checking in, the key safe was tricky to operate and owner only arrived after spending 15 mins waiting outside the property unable to get in without keys. However, once thr owner arrived- Joanna- she was lovely and patient with us. No keys to the backdoor was provided. Also I had booked 7 Springfield Gardens but it was only at the time of check-in I was told it was going to be 16 Springfield Gardens- but we were happy with he quality of the flat.

Perfect location for Celtic park.

We weren't given check in instructions and then given them for a different property to the confirmation. I had booked for six but there was only bedding for five and towels for four. The bed in the main bedroom kept collapsing.
