Summary:
Charming 3 bed home with large outdoor space and free on street parking. Situated between East Croydon station and Norwood Junction station, both have trains into central London in 15 minutes. The lounge/diner is fully stocked with a smart tv, apple tv box, WiFi, sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress, a dining table, wood burner, and books, games and toys, ideal for families. Fully equipped kitchen with view to a generously sized back garden with a wood fired brick oven and a Weber grill.

The Kitchen
Fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary for cooking/eating/entertaining. It has a full size refrigerator, washer and separate dryer and a lovely view to the back garden.
The Garden
The sunny back garden has a lot of space for kids to run and play plus a beautiful comfy shaded area to enjoy your morning coffee. We have an amazing outdoor cooking setup with a wood fired brick oven, and also a charcoal Weber grill. The garden is lovely place to hang out at night all year ‘round with outdoor hanging lights on the pergola.
Bathroom
Sunny and CLEAN with clean towels provided and a great bathtub/shower.
Bedroom 1
Has a super king size bed with new memory foam mattress and cotton bed linens, lots of storage with built in wardrobe and beautiful bay window. There is also space to set up a travel cot.
Bedroom 2
Built in sturdy bunk beds for kids or adults plus built in wardrobe space. Both mattress have memory foam mattress toppers. There is also a kid size built in desk and play space in this room with some toys, books and puzzles on hand. Great area to send the kids to play in the morning so you can have a lie in.
Bedroom 3
Beautiful and very comfy double bed with a large dresser for storage.
All bedrooms have big windows to let the light in or shades and curtains/shutters to keep it out. They all include natural fiber bed linens (cotton or linen) with extra bedding available if needed and all have many electrical outlets.
Note: this is our home so please do keep that in mind and take care of our belongings as if they were your own.
