it was a good stay, the staff was friendly and they quickly resolve the problem of Hot water by installing a new hot water tank. Overall stay was good. The location is very comfortable, just 5 minutes walk to Masjid Nabavi

We went from London me my wife and my 20 months baby. This is a terrible experience. We did not get any water for drinking. Then i bought few bottles of water for drink.They provide a broken kettle but no cups or spoon. Kettle wares are so short i have to put it in floor. Toilet sink is blocked. Bin doesn’t have any lid. After changing my son’s nappy you can imagine.
Went to Resturant floor to get a cup and spoon. One person told me to use lift from the back of the building. Such an insult. Never recommend.

I requested to extend for another night on site but management refused to do that. I can’t tell how was it difficult to find the room in another hotel and my family was so frustrated that we couldn’t perform umra comfortably. I will never stay in this hotel and will not recommend anyone.

The room was sold as a 3 bedroom but was in reality a 2 bed with an extra bed put into it. This meant there was a serious space issue and little room to even place luggage.
However, breakfast was really good and location is about 1 minute walk from the Al Anwar Movenpick.

This Hotel is a mess. It is dirty. Rooms are very small. Pee smell in room. Shower was leaking whole time. Sink was broken. Food was below average and very poor service. Reception people don not speak English. Very disappointing experience.

Very basic hotel. Not a 4 star rating, old building, location is good, but only 37 parking spaces for a 400 room restaurant. Breakfast is also very basic and limited in choice.

No sufficient staff in the front reception to deal with customers. The water pressure in the shower was very low.
As the hotel was almost fully occupied it took too much time for the elevators access.

We only stayed there for 2 hours we had an emergency we had to leave but we didn’t get any refund as we were promised to get refund by hotel.com and also we were trying to call the hotel they didn’t pickup or call us back .

Rooms are too small and congested. Elevators are less compared to the number of rooms. Housekeeping was regular and it is close to haram.
