**House Rules:**
- Check-in time is from 4pm. Check-out is 10am.
- No smoking within the property, if smoking outside please dispose of used cigarettes respectfully.

**Can we bring our pets to the property?**
If you would like to bring your pet with you please email in advance of booking, this is likely fine but we’d like to be aware ahead of time.

**Is there space for us to park our car?**
Absolutely! We have parking facilities on premises!

**Can we use the property for our party?**
Unfortunately not, the property is located in a quiet area and we’re very conscious of keeping our neighbours happy. They’re very friendly and respectful of us and so we ask our guests to extend that courtesy to our neighbours when they stay with us.
