The staff were friendly. Location is good with lots of close restaurants and shopping. However, the whole place is undergoing renovation. Rooms are in transition. Potential of being good once the work is done. Bathroom was not in the greatest of condition but the furniture in the room was recently replaced. TV was upgraded to a smart TV but the remote didn't connect to it. Breakfast was underwhelming.

They are renovating. Some work is done, but what isn't leaves a lot to be desired. Shower curtain rod was falling down, no room service with 2 night stay. The bars of soap were so small they "melted" with 1 shower. Breakfast was very spare, bread, apples, coffee, juice & corn flakes. Ok for the price.

Cheap hotel, we just needed a place to sleep after going to a concert. They are currently renovating the place so some things are new and some are still old, there is definitely lots of work that needs to be done to this place. Towels and some of our pillow cases had stains. Staff were very friendly.

Pleasantly surprised, seems the hotel is going through some renovations that are looking good, staff was above and beyond helpful and kind
