Indulge in true luxury at our newly built, spacious, 5bdrm, 2 living room, 6 bathrom oasis with heated pool, double parking, lift & city views. The beautifully designed living space features an open-concept design with fireplace that seamlessly connects the stunning chef’s kitchen/ butlers pantry & dining area to the alfresco area, BBQ & pool/garden. With plush beds & lux linens, our unbeatable location near shops, city, beaches, parks & train station makes it the perfect base to explore Sydney.
The villa features a heated outdoor pool, cabana, spacious interior living areas, and is appointed with high end finishes for cooking and entertainment. Five bedroom suites (one with king bed, three with queen beds and one with two singles beds) accommodate families and groups of friends, up to 10 in size.
The architecture of this villa features six separate outdoor seating areas including two balconies that capture picturesque views of the city skyline. With the help of sky lights and remote controlled louvres, the home is constantly bathed in abundant natural light.
Floor to ceiling glass doors open between the interior living areas and the courtyard lounge, creating an expansive indoor/outdoor space for gatherings and relaxation. Sip coffee on the lounge, or kindle a fire on cool evenings and relax with your favorite TV shows. Prepare delicious meals at the barbecue grill or in the fully equipped kitchen/butlers pantry and dine together around two tables that each seat 10.
The kitchen is like a work of fine art unto itself, with both induction and gas cooktops and an island breakfast bar made of marble. Miele appliances throughout, including three integrated fridges/freezers and a double oven. A fully serviced butlers' pantry includes a second dishwasher.

Guests are required to provide a security deposit before check-in to cover damages or outstanding expenses during their stay. The security deposit is used only as insurance for damages and/or outstanding expenses incurred by the guest(s) during the stay at the property, excluding accommodation costs. In the case no damages have been incurred and/or all expenses incurred by the guest have been settled, the deposit will be released in full within 10 business days of check out.
Superhostly reserves the right to charge the credit card provided for damages/expenses that are not otherwise settled by the time of check out. The reasons Superhostly may charge for damages/expenses include, but are not limited to:
- Lost keys (up to $200 per key)
- Call out fee for lockouts ($100 during business hours, $200 outside business hours)
- Failure to leave property at agreed check-out time (up to additional cost incurred by Superhostly)
- Cleanliness issues resulting in additional cleaning ($100/hour)
- House rules violations (up to $400 based on cleaning costs)
- Damaged inventory or property (charged at cost for replacement/repair)
- Missing items (charged at cost for replacement)
- Returning guest belongings (charged at cost for return)
Accidental breakages will not affect the deposit, but malicious damage will be referred to the police, with costs not limited by the deposit. Any issues impacting the deposit will be detailed within 14 business days after check-out.
