Located just a short walk from the scenic lakefront and the popular Two Mile Bay sailing center, this sunny and spacious bach offers the perfect retreat for your next holiday. Situated on a peaceful street with a playground next door, this home is ideal for families. Plus, with included amenities like linen and Wi-Fi, you won't have to worry about a thing during your stay.
Inside, you'll find a well-appointed and comfortable living space with great indoor-outdoor flow. Snuggle up in front of the large TV with FreeView and Netflix or choose from the huge DVD collection for some entertainment. There's also an additional TV in the rumpus room downstairs for even more movie options. With plenty of off-street parking, including room for a boat, this classic bach has everything you need for a stress-free and enjoyable holiday.
In the colder months, make use of the effective wood fire, underfloor heating downstairs, and electric heaters in each bedroom for a cozy atmosphere. And in the warmer months, you can move the table and chairs between the indoor and outdoor spaces to enjoy the weather. There's even a porta cot (please bring your preferred bedding for this) and high chair available for the little ones.
The home features four bedrooms, offering a variety of bedding configurations to suit different needs. From a king bed to bunk beds, there's definitely room for the whole family. And with two bathrooms, getting ready in the morning will be a breeze.
Please note that while linen and cleaning fees are included, guests are required to bring their own bedding for the spare mattresses, sleeper couch, etc. In addition, swimming towels are not provided, so be sure to bring your own. And although there is plenty of off-street parking, the garage is not available for use.

When making a booking request please include information on the age range of the guests intending to stay and your plans for while you are in Taupō.
We have a strict no large group or parties policy, disruption to the neighbours will not be tolerated. If we are notified of parties or illegal activity you will be evicted.
You will be required to complete a check in form prior to arrival (excluding identity verified, Airbnb accounts) which will include a copy of your ID and the details of all guests intending to stay at the property. Failure to complete this form will result in the booking being cancelled.
The guest named on the booking is responsible for the property for the duration of the stay and must take all reasonable care of the house. For breakages or damages be aware that you will be charged for the repair or replacement plus a 10% handling fee. It's your responsibility to familiarise yourself with potential hazards or situations during the stay and take appropriate care or actions if needed.
All properties must be left reasonably clean and tidy, ensuring all furniture and appliances are returned to where they were. A general service clean is included, but if the property requires extra cleaning, you could be charged an additional $50.00 per hour, this includes BBQ’s, excess rubbish, soiled linen and odour removal.
All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions and House Rules.
