Infraestructura con mantenimiento básico para un hotel de 5 estrellas

El internet, la tv y el personal que es amable.

Para empezar cuando entras al lobby ves que es todo lindo y piensas que las habitaciones serán igual pero cuando subes y entras a la habitación te das cuenta que no es así, son de estilo muy antiguo, las camas son de resorte super incomodas porque se sienten, las llaves del lavamanos y la ducha son antiguas y casi que se me quedan en las manos, y si ves detalladamente los bordes donde sale el agua del bidet esta verde al igual que el de la bañera por eso ni los use. Para ser un hotel 5 estrellas y de la cadena de los marriott en buenos aires es puro nombre, a mi por lo menos no me gusto, quizás habrán personas que si les guste, todo es cuestión de gustos 🤷🏻‍♀️ Por otro lado, el hotel pide una tarjeta de credito para cargar un cobro como garantía, lo cual es devuelto en aproximadamente 10 días habiles luego de entregar la habitacion.

Bathrooms need refurbishment

Customer service was excellent, everyone was polite, helpful, and quick; always going the extra mile to make you feel taken care of. Location is great, and so is the view. Breakfast was great, quality, quantity, and variety of the food -they even have a gluten-free section- really comfortable chairs, quiet space to relax as you eat. The pool was a beautiful calm space, with soft lights and music. The entire experience was all-in-all a smooth and relaxing one, and it's definitely the staff that made it feel that way.

First suggestion would be extending opening hours for the pool, it'd been nice to be able to enjoy it a bit more. I was visiting as a tourist, long walks and such, and I didn't want to miss on the city during the evening (safety is a concern later at night), but it wasn't a turn-off either, just something that I'd enjoyed. The second thing I'd suggest, easier and more important, would be making sure to have enough quality complementary hot drinks in the rooms, and ceramic cups. After a long day, all one wants to do is take a shower and have a nice cup of coffee, or tea. Coffee and tea in the room were not good quality brands -as they are in the breakfast launge- nor enough for two people. After the first night, they didn't replace any of it; not the coffee, tea, or paper cups. I did get cups from a memeber of the staff downstairs (again, amazing, polite, and fast), but I had to go out and buy coffee and sugar. I didn't ask for it, because I didn't want to inconvenience the restaurant waitress any further, I'm sure she'd provide them if I had, but obviously it wasn't ideal that I had to go out of the room as soon as I got there, tired as I was.

Shower smaller than the one in my RV. Coffee maker didn't work. No USB outlets and plugs kept falling out of regular outlets. Lamp had a short in the cord so you had to place it just right. Towels were very rough. Hours posted on restaurants were not accurate, closed most of the time. When open service very poor.

the hot water is too hot and needs thermostatic controls. No dressing table as such, television where mirror should be. Electric sockets too low, need to be at counter height. Breakfast food cold.
