Poor rom services. Bad restaurant. Disappointed from the breakfast buffet( chargeable). Old furniture. No air conditioning or ventilation in the corridor.

Absolutely zero service mentality. 1. No proper housekeeping. You need to remind them twice or thrice 2. No working plug point. 3. None to pick up the call for room service.

I didn't like anything (room, breakfast, wiifi, cleanliness)

Good location, valet parking available, lot of entertainment/eating options available although there were very few customers. Rooms are clean, not so big. Bed linen, pillow covers, towels etc are very good. Matresses are hard but the matress toppper makes the bed passable for this price range. There was no noise on 9th floor from the clubs and discos.

The air conditioning system was very noisy to the extent that it is very difficult to fall asleep. This was observed in several rooms we checked. Also, at night some intermittent noise (like that of a drilling machine) disturbed our sleep. AC takes quite a bit of time to cool down but it is passable. Breakfast was very basic and taste and quality too not upto the mark even for this price range. The key card never worked at one go and four five times we had to come back to reception to get it re-programmed before they finally handed us a manual key. Wi-fi was sometimes annoyingly slow.
