The location of this hotel turned out to be the best part of staying at this property. We didn't realize that it is adjacent to the TCAT-Tokyo City Air Terminal. We only stayed in Tokyo for 2 nights before heading to Hokkaido so the location of this hotel made it so easy and cheap for us to get back to Haneda Airport. The public spaces of this hotel are beautiful and the breakfast was nice.

Although the public spaces of this hotel were beautiful the rooms themselves were dated. The breakfast was good but definitely not as many options as the places we stayed at while traveling in Hokkaido.

Excellent location right next to the subway station Ans TCAT for easy airport bus drop off and pick up from Narita or Haneda airports. The breakfast was excellent and everything was fresh and delicious!

Close to good connection with to the airport via the Bus Limousine using the City Air Terminal to both Haneda and Narita. The room was as expected and very clean.

Shuttle bus will be great, tax refund option too (some hotels they do) and the option to get breakfast when check in or at least include one of the amenities for long stayings. Just to say something as I was actually very pleased with my staying :)

This is the second time we have stayed here and we were not disappointed. The hotel is next door to the TCAT which allows you get a bus from the airport direct. There is a metro station directly below hotel which makes exploring Tokyo very easy. The hotel is located in a quieter area but there are plenty of food options and a local bar nearby, including several Seven 11 and Family Mart. The hotel room was large by Tokyo standards and comfortably fitted three adults. The room was clean and we were provided with numerous amenities. The breakfast contained many options and there is a great bar and bakery in the foyer. We would definitely stay here again!

Staff were all very friendly & helpful, especially with recommending & booking local restaurants. Lots of staff available in the foyer too. Location is good above a train station and close to TCAT. Across the street from a 7 Eleven and good coffee shop. Restaurants that staff recommended nearby were great. Rooms are big for Tokyo. L’Occitane toiletries are nice.

The staff are well mannered and courteous, and the food was excellent. The lobby also looks really grand.

The rooms were in a state of complete disrepair, there was an odd smell, one akin to what you would find in a place that hasn't been opened in a few months. The carpets in the corridor of our floor were worn out and really should have been a long time ago. The bathrooms while clean look like they were made in the 90s. The beds creaked when you sat on them and almost every surface looked worn out (seats, the head of the bed, wardrobes, chair).

Location - its own exit from the Metro. Very helpful staff. Facilities - especially the Gym

The size of my room was very good and comfortable. I probably expected the standard to be more 2023 style. However, I enjoyed the location of the room. Very quiet. Location of the Hilton was very good. Handy to various shops. Breakfast was excellent. A good mix of western and Japanese foods. The standard of the food was great.

The size of the hotel is of American size. we stayed comfortably with three people in the room. There are two full-size beds and a twin sofa bed. The Suitengomae subway station is right under the hotel, it is just a short walk from the subway station to the hotel’s elevator The Tokyo City Air Terminal is right next door to the hotel, we walked from the lobby to the Tokyo City Air Terminal (T-cat) to get to the Narita Airport. It’s 55 minute ride to the Narita Airport and 25 minutes to the Haneda Airport. The ticket is 2800 JPY for Narita Airport.
