They are frauds and cheaters. One old man who remains on the duty at the reception as a receptionist is an absolute lier and cheater. This man told me at the end of my initial two days of stay that I cannot get the invoice for my stay even without giving me any suitable reason for the same. He was trying to convey me that this property owner is his boss and they can do whatever they want here. If they do not want to give the invoice than they will not give it, do whatever you can do. They have charged so many kind of taxes and all of this money is going in their own pocket instead of going into the pocket of the government of their country as they are not showing any records of charging their customers with all these taxes and not providing their customers with the invoice showing the taxes charged. They are cheating with their customers and with their government simultaneously. Room was absolutely pathetic with a leaking toilet seat and a leaking sink. One of the light out of two lights in the room was not working. There was no stand/ space in the shower area to keep the soap, shampoo or other shower accessories. There was no soundproofing in the room as one can easily hear the sounds from the other adjacent rooms. There was nothing at the name of room service. None of the staff knows any other language including English other than Spanish. The water from the swimming pool was always overflowing so one has to pass through a wet floor whenever going outside. There is no elevator or lift in the property so one has to take their bags to the room on their own depending on the floor provided. Property is located on the main road so one can hear all the traffic buzz from outside. Overall there are several other things which can be pointed out but the property is overall a waste and not all worth considering for stay.

We only stayed for one night as we landed in cancun but used the pool in the morning which was fab. Aircon in room was also fab.

Slightly outdated, but not a problem at all as the room was clean, aircon was great and loved the pool. The outside roads of the hotel are a bit less built up but we didn’t leave the hotel during our stay so not a major problem.

La limpieza en las instalaciones

El precio era barato, las camas eran comodas, el aire acondicionado era buena, estaba limpio

La ducha sale fria, nos quejamos y no resolvieron. No tienen toallas de mano. No hay ascensor. Poca informacion turistica en recepcion
