Poorly lit rooms, very very poor. No clear signs of where the thermostat was located, it was not on the wall. No bottled water in refrigerator The room was small and cramped.

Beautiful facility with amazing bar and restaurant staff as well clean rooms!

The only thing I was say is when I came to the front desk the receptionist was extremely rude and ignorant. She became frustrated with me and as well 2 other groups checking in.

Bed was uncomfortable. TV didn't work and the staff wouldn't fix it. Bathroom door had a window in it. Shower door didn't shut causing water to leak all iver the floor

we were not provided cookies and had to ask for water even though we are Hilton honors members. we also had no bar soap at the sink for hand washing.

Room was fun… we loved the nautical theme. Restaurant staff was exceptionally hospitable.

Staff at the front desk seemed less hospitable and welcoming than I would have liked.

Dirty dishes left in the hallways for 24 hours, Staff were annoyed when I asked for more towels as Two bath towels is not sufficient. Parking garage is not secure therefore the building is not secure. I was charged twice for my parking and internet. The water pressure and temperature in the shower were inconsistent.

great parking for downtown St.John’s! room had was nice, comfy and really quite!

bathroom floor was freezing the hairdryer was missing from our room. they never restocked bathroom tissue or left extras which was no good with 3 girls in the room and a quarter roll. heater was very loud. had to turn it off at night.
