This hotel is in a good location, is clean and the beds are comfy.
This hotel is not worth the price. There is no business centre. No mini bar. No gift shop or place to buy provisions. And staff weren’t particularly eager to satisfy any of our needs. Would not stay here again for that price. Would choose the Alt.

The Staff was exceptionally polite and ready to assist with any request. The hotel was very clean and inviting. Housekeeping staff were super sweet. Will definitely stay again
The restaurant had a very limited menu. I can't say anything other than that. A very good experience

Everything was wonderful - we have literally no complaints.
The pool, hot tub, and sauna were so much fun, and the unlimited towels were wonderful when our kids visited for a swim.
The restaurant was delicious, the coffee hot, and the view of the huge tropical trees in the courtyard is such a wonderful addition.
The beds were so comfortable, and you could hear no sounds from the other guest room.
We left feeling relaxed and excited to come back again on our next staycation.

Staff were bright and friendly and went out of the way to provide whatever we asked for. They also upgraded us to a Harbor View and we really appreciated being able to watch the boats come and go

Assistant front manager Jon Green did listen to my concerns the next morning after our dining room fiasco and offered 50% discount off our meal.
The service in the Bivver lounge/restaurant was the absolute worst. Three staff were inattentive and treated us with barely concealed contempt. I would never have any interest in eating there ever again.

Pool itself was enjoyable.
Staff are rude. Had to wait o er two hours for check in past check in time. Housekeeping randomly walks in room. Breakfast staff called my 7 year old niece and sister stupid because croissant burnt in toaster.

Great location walking distance from downtown attractions, beds were comfy. Splits too small for the three of us. Restaurant food and service were great!
The hot tub was murky/yellow, pool floor was muddy, had hair. Door knock at 830am day of check out to see if we had left or when we were leaving….

The room was very clean and comfortable, with a good location downtown. The staff was cordial and helpful and the breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of food.
There is no guest computer or business center, which is so important for travelers. The final bill charged me for breakfast, though I understood when I booked that it would be included in the nightly price. There is no airport shuttle.

Our daughter needs special milk she goes to bed. I had my niece asking hotel staff to put the milk in fridge, as we were very late to check in. No one 's imagination, Hotel could not find Fridge and they put milk in FREESZER. Who on earth, puts milk in Freezer? by the time we arrived, it was frozen, she could not drink it. Middle of night, where would we have found milk and you can imagine, how we spent our first night

The entire staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was the best I've seen at a hotel in a long time, and the seafood chowder was amazing. We appreciate having clean towels each day.

the proximity with center and good places, the confort of beds
the tv didn't work and also the phone (room 409), not enought space in the room and washroom (for the price it's old and small). I asked for "the view" and we didn't have it neigher. The carpet in the entrance of the hotel look dirty.

Over $900 worth of charges came out of my account for this stay. Got it all back minus the room charge and $230 that is owed to me. Tried reaching out to management and got no where. Do not stay here if you want good service. If you want ti lose money and have poor communication with management then here’s your spot to stay

An incredible experience from check-in to check-out as always! The staff were very kind and accommodating. They even offered us a free room upgrade. Beautiful facilities and rooms. Can't wait to stay again!

The lobby, room and facilities were clean.
The reception staff were not customer oriented, the front door person watched me struggle w five baga and didn't even open the door. There was a high frequency buzzing sound coming from the power bar that kept us both awake

-all vending machines where out of order
- front desk wouldn't answer the phone . call 20 times trying to confirm my reservation but never got an answer from the nightshift receptions .

Even the soaps and so on were exquisite 👌
No tv streaming services...Netflix etc.
No other hotels have it either... my only complaint

The hotel is well located, common areas and our room were very clean, and staff upon check in and check out were friendly and efficient. My daughter loved the pool.
Breakfast of some sort included in the stay would have been nice (let’s face it…hotel stays aren’t cheap anymore, even if you choose the most economical. A bit of breakfast included for every guest would be nice)
