Healthy choices for a light breakfast.

The room was large and comfy, and the washrooms clean. The breakfast was simple was satisfying. There were sofas around where I could nap as I arrived early morning after an overnight flight and my room wasn't ready. I was exhausted and sleepy.

bed/ mattress was very old and uncomfortable

The location is very convenient for access to the downtown vicinities. It was clean. The staff was friendly.

Complimentary breakfast. Grab and go is ok but for the price a warm breakfast served to your room would change my rating to a 10. There is nothing better then breakfast in bed when staying at accommodations like these. Also, I found the bed to be a little uncomfortable. Maybe a thicker duvet and more blankets would have been more comfortable. I think an upgrade on bathroom products could be considered. The soaps supplies aren’t enough and are poor quality. Our bedroom had a small television. A bigger flat screen would have been nice.

Small TVs, Lounge closed at 11:00, Poor soundproofing from rooms above, small sketchy elevator, needs some general upgrades
