Clean and comfortable room with tv and hot shower at a reasonable price. Friendly staff. Enjoyed the second floor balcony. Gas, convenience items, food couldn’t be closer. Would not hesitate to stay again.

The hotel is clean and modern.

There is no continental breakfast as advertised. Just a bunch of sugar items and some sugary juice boxes and coffee. Not really what most people would normally eat for breakfast. There were sugary prepackaged muffins and chewy granola bars. There is not much to walk to in the area of the hotel so if you don't have any transportation you are screwed. There are no buses that run from the hotel so you won't be taking a bus into St. John's.

Location was close to my formation center. Restaurants and cornerstore very close. All personnels did their service,didnt have to wait, answer me all the time etc.
