The bed was broken. The toilet seat was broken. Air conditioning was broken.

Clean and breakfast was pretty good. They did run out of some juice.

Beside police station, so it was safe, but heard sirens multiple times throughout the night. Bathroom very small.

Room & hotel overall was very clean. It smelled fresh and clean - which is refreshing for hotels as they tend to get musty. The location was great and safe - right off the highway and beside a police station. The staff were kind and helpful. Overall we were very pleased and will definitely come back when we have additional treatments for our daughter.

The toilets were very low to the ground, and the shower doors kept sliding open. However, these are not deal breakers at all and overall we were very satisfied.

The ladies at the front desk are very helpful and friendly. Especially Tamara, Irene, and the other Asian girl with the glasses. The hotel is located 850m from two shopping malls and eateries and on the TTC routes. The rooms are not huge but have everything you need in the very wel thought out space provided. The beds are comfortable, and the cleaning staff are attentive to your needs. Susan was very helpful and friendly and looked after us so well. The breakfast is amazing with so many items to choose from. The kitchen staff is on the ball, and breakfast each morning was a highlight. The in-house laundromat is very handy for our long stay, and the gym, which is not that big, was well equipped. The free coffee station all day long is very comforting and convenient. My boy enjoyed the computer station. This hotel is not very big, but packs a great punch, with everything you need under 1 roof. The complimentary shaving cream, razors, toothbrush, and necessities you might have forgotten were so thoughtful. This hotel offers more than most 4-star hotels offer. It was a great stay and we felt very comfortable here. Thank you for taking care of us

The pet friendly environment is not something I would recommend. It's just unhygienic to have these creatures in a hotel room. Animals belong outside, not in hotel beds or rooms. We had a leaking ceiling from the room above our shower, and water came pouring through the exhaust. It happened after 11 pm in the evening. I reported it, but the lady at the front desk said she would get back to me and never did. Only the next morning, when I went down to speak to the manager, did the new girl from the morning shift confirm that they should have moved me after the incident. The manager Ken didn't apologize. He just gave the front desk lady instruction to move me. I think they could have handled the situation better. No assistance was offered to move me either. Ken, the manager, seems to be a nice guy. He knows his job well, but he hardly ever smiles and is not very approachable. He just looks very stressed all the time. Maybe give the guy a few days off to recharge.

This might be just bad luck, but a large group of middle-school students/athletes stayed on the same floor with me and the noise they generated made it impossible to sleep. Music, running between rooms, shouting in the corridors, using profanities, knocking on doors as they play the game of locking each other out, bouncing basketballs. Imagine a large tour bus worth of teenagers staying two or three per room without apparent adult supervision. It's hell if you are trying to get some rest before a workday. This continued well past the midnight. I complained to the front desk multiple times and even asked to be switched to a different room. But no rooms were available. There was supposed to be a security guard walking the floors after 9 pm --- had no effect. Quiet time in the hotel starts after 10 pm --- no effect. Other than that, this is what you would expect from a Holiday Inn Express. 2 stars experience, but this is what one would expect. See the good things about the stay above. Breakfast is mediocre --- mostly various brown mush, with some oranges and apples --- typical of Holiday Inn Express. The location is poor; unless you have to be at this location like I was, you would not stay in this location. But there are not many alternatives in this location.

Завтрак не добавляют ассортимент. Пришла за 20 минут до окончания завтрака не было ни омлета, ни бекона, ни синабонов, ни фруктов. Все закончилось и это никто не обновил. По этому поесть не удалось. В номере была проблема с проводкой, потому что не работал обогреватель. Мы замерзли ночью, был жуткий ветер и в номере было достаточно холодно. Температура бассейна тоже прохладная. Удивило, что нет тапочек((((

My toilet in room 607 ran most of the night. We had to remove the lid and reach inside the back of the toilet to get it to flush and to stop running. Kinda gross, it did wake me up a few times.. I did report this to the girl at check out.

Everything about the hotel is perfect.the area is clean and quiet.The staff most especially the front desk staff and cleaners are very friendly.

The location was very fine and secure because there is a police office beside the hotel. It make me feel more comfortable. I enjoyed my stay.

Se debe de considerar que el hotel esta a 20-30 min. del centro de Toronto, en donde estan las principales atracciones. El hotel esta en York, que si bien es Ontario ... no esta en Toronto como tal. Si tienes auto para moverte solo considera el tiempo de traslado, sino, considera la distancia para moverte a Toronto.

Me encantó que tuviera calefacción, por lo que no afectó el frío que hacía y también me gustó que estuviera limpio.

La ubicación está bastante retirada del downtown y en una zona no tan bonita. Si cuentas con auto, no es un problema.

Location wasn't the greatest - lots of construction going on at the moment, too (however, new LRT system it's for should be great once completed). No convenience stores nearby (closest was about a 15-min walk away)

The hotel was newly done. The breakfast spread was good. Staff were great.

The pool was closed, waiting for a part. closed until September 1st. The laundry area should have a credit card machine or coins. construction all in area far from downtown Toronto. But did not deter us from staying. woukd stay again. great clean place.

some staff behavior, on the 8/3 / 23 to 8/4/ 23 at about 12 am the staff on duty behavior towards us was so discouraging, unacceptable and unprofessional when we asked for toothpaste and brush. Our room Ac was dripping water inside our room. we had to use towels to clean up the place and place some towels on that area. we told the front desk staff on the 8/2/23 morning nothing was done. Each person act uninformed about anything that happened in the pervious shift. which shows lack of good communication. In a 24hours shift informations, complains are passed to the next shift for immediate actions.

location was much further out of town than was realised when booking... in a hurry, due to a shambles with another property booked on booking.com in Central Toronto, so had to book this very last at night as an emergency substitute
