Looked forward to the daily hot breakfast. It was always so good.

Everything was to my satisfaction and expectations. That's why we go back.

I can’t say I liked very much about the property, the breakfast had a good selection, and plenty of parking.

The hotel was not clean at all, from the general facilities that looked dirty, to our room, which was not clean or maintained. the room: -smelled -closets smelled and were not clean and tidy. - even luggage carts dirty. -bedding and towels were very worn out and need to be updated - pillows were shedding all over the room - lots and lots of dust everywhere, Obvs the room has not been cleaned or deep cleaned in a long time - the room is being lightly cleaned and many areas have not been touched - I fear our bedding was not even changed from the previous guests. - stains - walls cracking -carpets dirty in room and hallway -asked for some extra hangers, received broken, dirty Moldy wood hangers, all hangers in the rooms need to be updated - Covid cleaning not being done - fridge and kitchen appliances dirty - I took cleaning wipes and cleaned the room, the level of dirt, grime and dust was unbelievable. - the whole room felt moldy and musky. - the spare bedding in the closet, was smelly, Moldy and dirty. - we needed check out early for a family emergency, but glad we did. We could not bare another night there. -majority of staff of arrogant

Hot tub was overly strong with chemicals it gave me a rash

Only had a short time to check in for an event. After getting my luggage and my family in a room, the lock didn't work we had to move rooms. the second room was not looking clean and smelled unpleasant. We didn't have anytime to get ready for our event due to time losses with the move of room etc. Needless to say we came back from the event and decided to get our belongings and leave With our two year old. We checked out at 2am. However what I can say was Ayesha at front desk is a real gem. She treated us with kindness promptness and is very pleasant. Excellent customer service. She would be the only reason we may trust coming back in the future if needed.

I am satisfied so far

I liked that all of the rooms are equipped with a little kitchenette.

The only thing that I didn't care for was the pull out sofa bed. It wasn't overly uncomfortable but the quality did not stand up to the standards I expected with the room cost.
