you pay $400 a night & you get a flimsy little plastic cup in your room to drink coffee, drinks or wine in your room? i went to the restaurant had dinner & asked for a glass for my room - they rudely refused... refused to lend me one with deposit... refused to sell me one ... what do they think i wanted to steal a glass & resell it? so was necessary to go to the dollar store buy one so i can enjoy a glass of wine in my room i travelled with my dog... the hotel has a tiny patch of grass, for dogs near the rear parking lot... strangely the grassy area all along the highway frontage was locked behind a gate... why? on check-in they take a $250 damage deposit... however what they did is charged my card $1500 for the stay... then again charged another $1750 on hold.... so my credit card was debited $3250.... 5 days after my stay this excessive charge still wasn't removed so if you are travelling, to have almost an extra 2k on your credit card, effects of course your remaining credit... why they do this? who knows other than screw around their guests i wouldn't recommend this overpriced hotel... they disrespect their guests & visiting pets

The hotel has been updated and it’s beautiful and modern.

The rooms could have been a little cleaner. I found a few stray hairs in the bathroom which was a little upsetting. The pool and Hottub were also quite dirty.

Swimming pool and hot tub were good ways to exercise and relax after driving all day. Sofa bed as comfortable as could be expected. Staff were helpful and restaurant very good, if a bit pricey.

Would have preferred a different coffee maker so we could fill our thermos for the next day's travel (we booked a kitchen unit but it turned out to be of limited use).
