Le manque s’insonorisation, on entend parfois les voisins comme s’ils sont dans notre propre chambre, la clarté du son et la distinction des conversation sont impressionnantes dépendant où ils se situent dans la pièce…

staff was so rude worst customer service in the world was told before booking a price for parking that ended up being more than 9 times what we were told over the phone drove over 6 hours if I didn’t have the money would’ve had no where’s to leave my car for the week. would not cancel with no charge because of this mistake on their end wouldnt discount parking they said “you can take it or go somewheres”. also wouldn’t give me any sort of manager/gm or owners number or corporate number for their parents company. walls in the room were dirty and their included breakfast wasn’t that great very few options. will never return and don’t recommend.

easy to get to, room was clean and beds comfortable

heat didn’t work great, stayed there in February. The continental breakfast was good but limited space.

Coffee was excellent

Breakfast was not the best, potatos were cooked on the microwave, eggs were not edible. Coffemaker in the bedroom was dirty, bedroom had not been vacuum, the bed are so old and not comfortable, we just wanted to get out of there as soon as possible.
