Very comfortable beds and room

1. Our bed wasn't done on a daily basis, only the washroom was. We were told that this service was "on request only" - what? 2. There was a late, loud party in the room next door, which went from 11pm to 2am, we had the worse sleep, also surprised that no one dealt with this sooner. We were told that there was new staff that night. 3. When we complaint about this the next day to the manager he said that he could only offer to waive the additional taxes that were due because we booked with a 3rd party (Booking.com), which to us, was foreign and will not book hotel rooms with a 3rd party again since we now know that there is a hidden cost at check out.

The price was higher than first indicated - additional fees for everything brought it up to more than I intended to spend.

The location downtown was great. Having a desk to work on was very convenient. An underground parking during the winter is always appreciable.

The heater fan in the room was extremely loud, I woke multiple times because of it. Not enough salt was present for accessing the parking, almost slipped. The best was not the most comfortable for the price I paid. There also was dust in the closet so I could not set my clothes properly.

the property is in the perfect location. a couple streets from parliament and the market.

the area at night isn’t the greatest. also it was sooooo hot in the room and the beds and pillows are very uncomfortable.

what was included was a bit misleading. it looked like breakfast and parking were included when we booked but had to pay for both on site

The hotel is in a good location downtown. Lot's of food options nearby and convenient access to shops for everyday items if needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel and room were clean.

The bathroom was clean and tidy, and you're given plenty of towels. But it could use some renovations. The water pressure in the shower was not very strong and the hot water isn't hot at all. You have to turn on the hot water in the shower and sink for 2-3 minutes ahead of time before the temperature would warm up enough to use.
