The staff was super friendly and professional. The bed was comfortable and the hotel is very well located, walking distance to the centre.

I like the simplicity of the design of the spaces in the hotel I like the durable surfaces that don't show wear and tear I like the dramatic colour choices I appreciated the humour shown in the signs in the bathroom

Stylish hotel located in the heart of DT Ottawa. Easy to walk to different attractions. The staff are very nice and attentive.

They need to improve the facility. 1)The WiFi is not very good. 2)The pillow are soft. I need to stack three pillows to sleep. 3) I saw stain on a pillowcase and towel. 4)The ceiling is very old.

central location, very clean. The front staff was very helpful as were all staff that we interacted with. We could walk most everywhere we wanted to go.

not sure if I would say I don’t like, maybe just odd. the ceiling in our room was unfinished ( if that’s the way it is meant to be, so be it), not a complaint just found it strange. I was upset that there was no regular coffee available in the cafe. I’m not a fan of the grossly overpriced Starbucks type offerings. No bagels at all, and the couple in front of me was looking for something for the vegetarian breakfast but something was missing from that. When you miss the simple offerings that people want, you colour that persons opinion. The hotel, I found has a good room rate but the high cost of drinks at the bar and the beer offerings somewhat lacking.
