My room was close to the exit which made access to my car easy. The darkening drapes in the patio door were excellent at blocking the light. Having both a mini fridge and a microwave in the room was great.

It was very noisy as some other customers were partying and there was still carpet on the floor.

(bedbugs, no cleaning and bad breakfast) I am very disappointed in this hotel, although it is apparently at a good price, the reality is that I have to comment that many things are very bad here, first of all the breakfast is of very poor quality, we stayed three nights in the hotel and they did not clean any day, They didn't change sheets or towels, there was also a lot of noise at night, then I realized that the bedrooms are not insulated from noise…. And worst of all, my son got small pimples on his body the first day and I thought it was an allergy, when I realized that there were bedbugs in the bed.. I realized it until the last night, so I definitely do not recommend this hotel, they must improve in many many aspects.

We were able to switch to a ground floor room with our car outside our door for easy unloading/loading. Happy to have that extra blanket on a cold night! Breakfast was great.

The coffee was horrible. The building is tired. The sliding door to my room was old and heavy to shut, needs repair or replacing. No elevator or wifi. I was charged extra for a small non shedding dog but if another human stayed with me there would be no extra charge.

Comfortable beds

We traveled with a cat and we were told that we couldn't leave him in the room on his own. That meant that one of the 3 of us had to sit with the cat. Also room had to be on main floor, which meant an extra cost. I KNOW other comfort inn's do NOT have the same rules
