The size of the room, and the bed was single, looks like a baby’s room

falls view was partial but i booked for a full view. No dental kit given by the staff. No sleepers. No AC just a centreralised vantilation system. Room interior was too outdated not well maintained. washroom door was too hard to open from inside.

The door wouldn’t close hot tub was down and we were not told before we got there it should have been my decision if we wanted to stay. That was one of the reasons we booked with you. No door non to get in to the pool. And not one person asked how our stay was. Will not recommend your hotel. And we still paid full price.

Breakfast was fantastic however I felt hustle as the server demanded a tip in not so many works.

The rooms are a little outdated and needs upgrading.

Hotel it’s to old no service so much bugs and spiders in the room , bed sheets as of welcome has blood on it , the carpet so filthy the washroom no any fan on it and bad smell is coming to the room

The room I was assigned were pretty old and i feel needed an update. The bathroom door didnt close properly the wooded door had swollen up and that made it difficult close it properly. There was no exhaust in the bathroom.

Room size was very small. Property has been degraded and very bad smell in lobby. Beds are shaky. We opted for king bed, and we found out our bed was 2 single beds joined together, and both sides were not levelled, one side was way higher then the other. After we complained they sent a guy to inspect and was told nothing could be done as this is how their king beds are supposed to be. They are like that in case the room requirement is for 2 single beds, seriously it was not expected. Never had that issue with any place we stayed at. After that we called reception again and asked them to give us a proper king bed or a different room that has levelled mattress. We were offered free breakfast and were told not much we can do, except if u wana move to a queen room. We choose the queen room, so atleast we could sleep properly. Never ever going back to this place.

Bed is extremely high, bathroom is old, no view, no fridge... it is not what I expected.

The room we booked was the one with a jacuzzi inside. The views of Niagra were amazing. The location was just a few steps around the corner of 'The Strip' for food and drinks and shops at night. It was also a few min walk down to Niagara. Good variety of yummy breakfast options, super helpful staff. Highly recommend.

There was nothing about the property that we didnt like. It exceeded our expectations.

Our room was upgraded to a room with a view of the falls. Also got a free bottle of wine as it was our anniversary.

The service was trash, The room and beds were very small The room was damp ei beds carpet towels etc Weird smells No fridge No Microwave The “view” of the falls was the neighbouring hotel wall. Staff were not accommodating at all Even over heard staff bad talking about other customers complaining about there stay We paid just under 1000$ for 2 nights I expected way batter and had better stays from cockroach inns. The room above ours was leaking also and AC barely worked. This place looks very nice with carpeted stairway entry with staff in tuxedos however don’t be fooled once you pass the elevator door it’s just one big scam

I told them it was our 40th wedding anniversary. Thought there might be a wee surprise.

Power went off, so went to bed. Later, fire alarm went off, getting ready to evacuate, then it stopped.30 minutes later, went off again, then voice came on saying to ignore alarm very unsettling.i think partial rebate should be given to guests

Proximity to falls, Starbucks downstairs. Mark at concierge very helpful and friendly.

Initial room booked on 8th floor and above got a room 4th floor that would not classify as a falls view as in our booking. Queried with receptionist and moved immediately to 12th floor, great view but very dirty windows spoilt it a bit. Coffee prices at Starbucks ridiculous $19.80 for 2 Grandes after tax. Lifts slow, 1 our of order.

Very small room. The “view” was actually a window into the indoor pool. The rooms are showing the age of the hotel. The room we stayed in smelled like urine, so the carpet needs cleaning

The air conditioner didn’t work, even after having maintenance look at it they said it was fine but the room never cooled down so I slept very poorly. The rooms were very small and the toilet flusher leaked every time you flushed the toilet. There was hair on the walls and tub in the shower and wasn’t very clean overall. The bed was hard and 2 single mattresses together.

The location was great, the bed was very comfortable and the room was nice.

We had a lot nets flying around our room and it was a little dated.
