It was not a bad place to stay once we were given a clean room.

When we arrived we were sent to our room (king size bed) which was dirty and I mean dirty laundry on the floor and the bed room hadn’t been touched (we were told it was an accident within their system) I was then told I could be given a queen room for no extra charge 🙄 I paid for the king room the queen was cheaper. Then when I went to ask for clean towels I stood at the front desk for 10 min bc no one was up there another hotel worker had to come call for the lady in the back to come up front for me.

The room itself was fairly nice, other than the peephole being covered with electric tape.

The surrounding hotel seemed very dangerous, and I wasn’t okay with family going outside alone. The hotel itself seemed like a great idea someone had, but had zero follow through on the project. The pool was green, and the entire place felt like a ghost town.

Thank you for the personal touch. Adding a card in my room it was really nice. The time they took to make the card and write some nive to each guest. That is really special. Well done this is amazing service.

People just walk in and not staying in the hotel security needs to be better.

The door to my room kept sticking. It was very hard to open when entering and going out. I could also hear the male in the next room loud and clear.

I cannot say. I reserved through booking and when I got to the property they didn’t have a room for me.

They charged my credit card even though I didn’t stay at the property and they stated they couldn’t find my reservation. I had to go to another hotel and the very next day I received an email from Fairfield saying my card was charged. That was very stressful. I called several times but still have not been able to resolve the issue!

No ac from jump. Wouldn't switch our rooms plus had to seek medical attention from heat & had to go out and purchase a fan to be cool in the room

Loud guests were in the lobby. The noise level was totally inappropriate for that time of night!

The clerks at the frond desk doth check in and out were very nice. The lady doing Sunday morning breakfast did a great job everything was well prepared and she kept up with cleaning and keeping good and coffee supplied. Thanks

Everything was very nice

Cindy, at the front desk, checked me in and went above and beyond to get me the room I wanted. Awesome Breakfast, served by the loveliest of Ladies, Faith. My room was spectacularly comfy and clean, the staff made sure I had everything I needed.

Pool wasn't open, kind of a bummer. The traffic in the area, yikes! But great location :)

It was clean and employees were friendly and respectful.
