Staff was nice

Didn't get the room I reserved. Hair in the sink. Hair in the bathtub.

This location is used as some kind of shelter, so there were a lot of people there that weren’t guests, the breakfast was awful, even heard one of the workers tell one of the shelter people, eat the eggs cause if not I’m just gonna warm them up for tomorrow. At one point I wanted to get a waffle and the lady that works the front desk basically cut and got her one made for herself. There were also a lot of flies buzzing around. Overall all I would not stay here again.

The menu was good the lady that was there was wonderful, great, best ever. The rooms were nice and clean especially the floors better then Saint stephens I thank you for that.

Everything was great but I think every motels and hotels shouldn't charge as much if it's return customers with pets that don't make masses and the longer they stay should be lower in price, I never leave a mess I've had to clean my rooms because of other people's pets that stayed, for what we paided for our pet at other places should of been spotless. Thank you again for a great stay.

Location. Very nice staff.

Very noisy from all sides. Can hear people walking about my room, conversations from the rooms on each side and just outside my door as if they were in my room. Can hear traffic from both streets as if the windows were open and the train that seemed to run every 3 hours or so.

wasn’t clean, insects, noisy people tried to open my door middle of the night.

The breakfast was above what I had expected . There were hot items, fruit, muffins, & biscuits .

The laminate flooring in the room could have been cleaner upon arrival. Floors will get dirty quickly when animals are guests, however the floor needs a thorough cleanse & sanitization between guests.

Staff was friendly.

It was kind of sketchy at night. But you can't really control who pays to stay. Also, breakfast was over at 9. I'm on vacation. We completely wore ourselves out the day before as I'm sure a lot of the patrons do. We overslept. Missed breakfast. Maybe try 10, or later.
