Staff was EXTREMELY nice. Room clean and comfortable. Very good value. Shuttle service helpful. Note that you have to phone to ask the shuttle to come to the airport (it doesn't do regular runs).

You have to wait to check in at 3 pm we slept in our car for a day. I never had to wait until 3 upon arrival in most states

thank , We have a lot to say about this stay. From check-in, it was madness that the agent on that night wasn’t pleasant at all and didn’t have any customer service skills whatsoever. When we arrived he was just finishing up with a couple he handed them their keys and they were off. As he is checking us in he did get our IDs and then asked what card we were using we explained to him that we were charged the night before for half of the stay and he assured us that it was just a post, not a charge. As my partner is confirming our bank account he then proceeds to charge the card the full amount and didn’t explain the breakdown for the payment at all. All of sudden the guest he had checked in prior had said that as they walked into the room it was occupied by someone already. He was so confused looking didn’t apologize at all then advised them he could put them in a room but that they had no more king rooms available so he could do 2 queens they told him it didn’t matter as he is about to hand them keys for that room the person which occupied the room came and handed him the room keys along with other room keys. A group of individuals booked a bunch of rooms but decided to cancel 3 of those rooms and that couple was able to stay in the room they booked. He then hands us the keys and I had to ask where is our room where is the elevator and if the room was a king confirm, as well as if it had a fridge and the stuff that was told to us, he assured us that it did so we proceeded to grab our stuff and head to our room. When we entered we thought someone was in the room but to our surprise, there wasn’t oh my what a disgrace this room wasn’t clean just look at the pictures posted for a visual on one. we walked into this dump. This place stinks not in the lobby but in the rooms the pool and the rest of the hotel stink. The room curtain was our Alarm cause the sun would shine through the curtain didn’t close only the sheer one but you could see right through it.

My room had multiple roaches they were crawling in the bed was i was sleeping, i had to keep my luggage outside in the car. I asked for the room to be serviced and no one came and bought towels or bath towels i had to leave without taken a shower because by that point i was over it due to room condition and lack of customer service.

We had a great and comfortable stay here. The hotel is exactly what I would have expected for the price (one of the least expensive options I found). The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and was decent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Airport shuttle worked as advertised. My kids LOVED the pool. Location was convenient to both airport and downtown with a rental car. Plenty of free parking on site and many restaurants nearby. It met our needs 100%.

My only complaint is that the housekeepers kept taking away 4 dirty towels and leaving only 2 clean ones. We were a family of 4. So we had to ask for extra towels at the front desk.

Nothing!! Because I didn't stay!!! Because I booked this room base on what your profile said. You were no where near the hospital and that's what I needed. Because my father was having surgery and I needed to be close to him. So that's why I gave the score I gave. Horrible on everything!!!
