Two huge beds, coffe mashine in the room, big bottles of shampoo and conditioner )as small most of the time not enough...here was both big and small !!! And sauna as facilities..thanks - we like that all
sintepon / poliester synthetic pillows feels too large in volume , shape not bendable and too bouncy, not really comfy for the neck and was not easy to create needed shape ;
same for the synthetic blankets - was too hot under them , because the polyester not brethable material --not complaining- just personal opinion!!

Pool was closed, didn't receive an invoice from hotel.

Breakfast was very good. Chose this hotel as to close to Casino Rama where we were attending a concert.

Didn't like being woken up by housekeeping in the morning, open doors with music and talking and vacuuming

Heater was noisy. Bed very firm. Buffet breakfast VERY expensive for what you got - not worth the price.

Very clean. Excellent service. The breakfast was pretty good, the customized omelet was perfect.
The hotel may need a little love although. The bed was getting old by the shape of it although it was comfortable. With the prize we paid, breakfast should be included.

Pool was nice, breakfast buffet was good.
Facility is quite dated. Whenever anyone in the vicinity has a shower the water pipes vibrate so loud in the wall that the escutcheon plates on the fixtures vibrated off. Honestly it was about 70 decibels, like a power tool bring used in the bathroom. Made for an early wake up call! Several guests heard it. The hotel is aware of the problem but still rent out the rooms. Also they added an erroneous tax which they removed when I inquired about it. Disappointing.

the property was old and not kept well
the showers had rust in it. the pipes were rattle threw the walls. pretty loud. not worth the money

The breakfast buffet was good having someone cooking your eggs to order takes it to another level than other hotels breakfast. Good location with a variety of restaurants within walking distance
There wasn’t anything that we were unhappy with, the price for breakfast could be better.
