Staff not available, rooms too warm with no air conditioning, too hard dragging luggage up 3 flights of stairs. Asked for a fan , clean towels, garbage emptied, no response.

The room was very small without a closet or hangers, lots of dust. They didn’t do any cleaning during the week that I was there or provide me with new bedding.

Perfect location in the city centre. Small room but everything that you need, and great shower, really powerful. Comfortable bed clean room. Good aircon. Fridge in room.

Nice and convenient location with beautiful views of a quaint park. Large room. The price was reasonable for the location, but read below as you get what you pay for. You get to control your own heat which is great. Using hand soap pumps to reduce waste

They have closed their reception due to covid which is fair. But the communication was really lacking. We did not know in advance that we would show up to a locked door and had to call the number to get let in and find the key set out for us. This is also fine, but we were unable to ask questions about parking. And the room is advertised to have breakfast included however there was no breakfast, and no mention of it, and no staff to be seen. I recieved a message from the hot the day before my check in about some small details and that they would not make up our room during our stay due to government restrictions. I have no problem with this at all, but suggest that the message should have explained the reception closed, and to clarify the breakfast issue. Large room, but the TINIEST shower ever. You can't move. Uncomfortable hard bed. The whole place is old, which lends to its charm. But we were kept awake by those above us walking around, and people walking in the hallway. Only dual purpose soap in the bathroom. No shampoo or conditioner.
