Close to ball park
Steep hill to walk up after drinking at the game.

The staff was excellent, everyone was smiling and very polite. I had an issue with my bill at checkout and management handled it perfectly. I would stay here on my next visit.

Great location and cookies.
The smell of the rooms the last few times I stayed there. I believe The carpet needs to be refreshed. It’s holding an old smell.

Friendly staff. Room was nice, updated and clean.
Room price was not the same as advertised price on Booking.com. On top of that, expect to pay an extra $30 a day for parking.

The property was very close to my venue
There was a lack of professionalism among the staff and they were not very accommodating towards the guests. For example, we went to the restaurant and could not tell who the staff was plus we had to approach her to let her know we were interested in seeing a menu. The food was subpar and the wings were fried entirely too hard.

Clean, elegant and staff aimed to please
The fire drill as soon as we checked in after travelling 4 hours. Had to then walk down 6 flights of stairs

The location was great.
My room smelled like mildew and cigarette smoke. Strong!!! When I got home I had to wash everything I had in my suitcase due to the smoke. I really couldn’t rest well.

Very spacious room. Bed was comfortable and bathrooms were very clean

The front desk staff were all very helpful and wonderful to work with. Also enjoyed the proximity to Battery Park.
The room - especially the bathroom - could have used some maintenance work, but all in all, the facilities were nice.

The location was great and the staff was very friendly and courteous.
The air conditioning unit in my room was extremely loud.

They charged my card eight times and did not acknowledge what they did which affected my account.

the pool was very small and outdoor with no hot tub for the rate i was paying it should have been indoor and outdoor with a hot tub
the bathroom shower basin never drained my feet were constantly taking a bath
the living room couch was so uncomfortable to sit on
NEVER ENOUGH COFFEE AND CREAMER IN THE ROOMS!!!!

very comfortable and attractive
was beautiful but I have knee issues and found the steep incline to be difficult

was a little nervous after reading some reviews, but was very pleased with our whole experience here. Clean, LARGE rooms. Staff were all very nice. And the warm cookies at night were life savers! Would recommend for people attending Braves games as well, very easy walk, even with kids.
House keeping never came by, but I think that is a trend across all places since Covid.

Room was big and clean. Very comfortable.
A/C didn’t work at all and wasn’t offered any kind of discount when checking out. Being that this was our second hotel of the night due to the first not meeting expectations and being very tired with two small children we just left it alone.
