Breakfast was wonderful, the shuttle service to the ballpark was so convenient and our driver Darryl was so nice! The people at the front desk were so professional and polite with checking in and check out!
We liked it all and next time we go to see the Braves we plan to stay there!

I like everything about the hotel the location, the employees and the cleanliness. The breakfast due to COVID-19 was a pick up and go type of breakfast but the coffee was delicious.
the different various hotel employees were very friendly and nice. Something was stuck in the bathtub water would not drain it was fixed immediately when I told them.

The staff was nice but did not know the surrounding area.
The rooms are too dark and I had asked for a walk in shower and got a tub which I couldn’t use because I’m handicapped

Loved how soft the beds were. The staff was friendly, and they even gave us an extra hour to check out. The room was stocked with everything we needed. Just a awesome stay all around.

Breakfast was pretty good. It took some time to replenish the coffee, bacon, orange juice, and omelet at the buffet.
The room was really below standard. The toilet was not fixed firmly to the floor, the TP holder was broken and there was a hastily repaired hole in the wall. The light between the beds had a broken switch at the top and the bulb socket was broken out and the fixture was loose. Neither of the 110V outlets would hold a plug. Both of the reading lights didn't work. Also, there was a poorly repaired ceiling patch. The queen size beds were comfortable enough, however, there was a problem with the height(too high) and the first bed's(first one upon entering} mattress was completely without support on the right side.

I arrived after 11 PM and the front desk clerk was so friendly and helpful including offering a later check out. Very good breakfast.
The location was great to shopping we needed to do prior to going to the concert late afternoon.
Everything was great. There was nothing that I didn't like.

the only redeeming and likable thing about this entire hotel is the man who works front desk. i wish I remembered his name.
when I check in after a concert with a friend I had paid for a 2 queen beds. we went to the room and it was a king bed. they didn’t say anything when we checked in. when I called down to say they gave me the wrong room and that I needed 2 queens the response was “sorry we’re all sold out of those and there’s nothing we can do”. so the friend and I, someone I didn’t know extremely well had to share a bed. it was awkward. neither of us slept great. when I looked on booking.com even that night from the hotel room it showed there was still one double queen room available. i had reserved this room a week prior so if they were sold out of queen beds. why did no one contact me in that amount of time? the hotel offered no discount. i asked to have a manager call me to understand why this even happened. i reached out to booking.com and was given a 15% coupon on my account to use for a future stay. which I’m of course a little hesitant to even use unless I’m traveling solo. who knows what room I’ll even end up with. booking.com passed the blame to the hotel and the hotel said it was completely booking.com deal and couldn’t offer any financials since I went direct through them. i even called 2 times since leaving the property to speak to a manager and both times were told they would call me and they never did. i would not stay at this hotel again.

The hot breakfast was good and the Food Service staff were excellent, attentive and happy to be there. The Director of Housekeeping was friendly and seemed to be concerned about reported issues.
The Manager went above and beyond and went out of his way to shuttle us to The Battery after other staff said it wasn't running at 3:45PM, (due to staff being busy getting customers checked in). This was after other front desk personnel told us, in-person, at 2:45PM that day, that we could get a shuttle at 4PM. The Manager also offered to give a $50 credit for our hassles, but was unable to do so because I booked through a 3rd party, (Booking com).
Paying $429.52 for a 2-night stay for subpar conditions and amenities that were "offered"! Upon check-in, we were notified that the pool closed at 10PM and of the shuttle service- see above section about shuttle)
Upon arriving at the room, the room had a musty smell and the bathroom smelled of mold, but nothing noticeable. The bathroom exhaust fan was in disrepair with a loud banging/clicking noise and also found to be clogged with dirt/dust. The front desk personnel's solution was to just turn it off!! The provided shampoo/body wash dispensers in the shower were empty and the light in the bathroom flickered, wondering if I would be left in the dark mid-shower.
The safe in the room didn't work and we were notified that none of the safes work but we could use a safe they had near the front desk-??
After suiting up and locating the outdoor pool, (there was no directional signage inside the hotel regarding the pool and no employees around at that time), there was a sign on the locked pool fence that the pool was closed for repairs and appeared to have been like that for at least several weeks. Why didn't the staff checking us in relay that information-??
The electrical outlets by the window side of the bed, attached to the lighting strip, didn't work.
During our stay we also noticed a wet/stain on the ceiling near the window with questionable black mold outlines, (see attached pictures). Possibly from the HVAC unit from the 6th floor above?!
Thank goodness I had my Lysol packed with me and would spray the room/bathroom often!
