Mr. Clayton was a good host he help me with everything and I liked it the service

Nothing. I came in after an 8 hour drive to check in. Get put in a room, go to work at my gig for 8 hours, come back to only be moved once arriving to another room. That room has no AC working, the whole unit did not work. Also there was a very noisy person next door. They go to move me again and the room he tried to move me in had someone else in it. After this and being up for close to 24 hours, I requested a refund and went elsewhere. Upon leaving, there were a bunch of cops in the parking lot arresting someone. Needless to say, I would not recommend this place to anyone. This was a very bad experience and being moved twice after a long day is very unacceptable. The front desk person was a nice enough guy but not organized. I am still waiting on my refund and on this place.

Everything. Not well kept up, not many working AC units in this place it seemed like. Place had a bad smell to it. Very noisy occupants it seemed like. Also seeing quite a few cops upon arrival and leaving arresting someone does not look good on this place.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

My room was very very small but that isn't that big of a deal, but my air conditioner/heater was messed up. The cover wouldn't stay on so I had to keep putting it back on every 15 mins. Finally i just put it on the corner which took up more space of the small room. The air conditioner was very very very dirty! The shower had what looked to be water damage on the ceiling and the water faucet almost pulled out the wall when engaging the shower. The water didn't stay hot very long. It turned warm after 5 mins which made my gfs shower experience unpleasant..

Absolutely nothing.

Everything. As soon as you walk into the building you can tell it's a power quality stay. Upon getting my first room I opened the door and took 1 step in and immediately walked out. The room was littered in empty beer cans, garbage piled high. Wet towels everywhere. Bed looked absolutely disgusting and it smelled so bad. I went down stairs and they got me another room. Upon opening the door to the second room now it was picked up as if room service picked it up but it smelled like someone died in this room. It smelled so bad and then after carefully going through the room it was so gross I didn't even want to sit on the bed let alone sleep in it. There was food crumbs and hair all over the bed and the place just grossed me out. This is when I went back down to the lobby to express I was not going to stay here and I wanted a refund and I'd be going elsewhere. At this point the receptionist gave me an issue because he said there policy is no refund after 10 minutes of being there and I said are you kidding me the reason it's been longer than the "10 minutes" is literally because this establishment is disgusting and took me time to wait on you to try and get me a proper room. After a long argue they finally agreed to a refund after I called the booking site I booked this hotel with and it was a very long process to get the refund approved. Once approved it took almost two weeks before I even seen the refund on my card and that was only because I followed up with the booking site again. Overall I would NOT recommend this hotel , don't be fooled by a lower price. Pay the extra $40 or whatever and get yourself a place you can actually get a good night sleep. You'll thank me later. I would have taken pictures to share with everyone but it literally was so gross I just wanted to leave and get out of there.

I like my privacy

The tall light skinned dude in the office was very rude and disrespectful he put me and my children out after we paid for additional days, but in all do respect the older and younger gentlemen we're amazing and very welcoming, housekeeping was also wonderful and caring the lady has a outstanding beautiful spirit.

as soon as we were walking to check in we noticed several cracked windows and once we walked into the front lobby you could notice hanging ceiling tiles and a strong smell of mold and mildew. Needless to say we never checked in and took the loss we spent on the room.

The location was about the only nice thing.

There were cops outside most of the night, drapes were broken, there was sticky residue everywhere, people screaming in halls/other rooms.
