Location was excellent. Close to many restaurants and shopping.

$25 a day resort fee that had to be used at the onsite restaurant and/or shop. The shop wasn’t open that often and the restaurant is not great. Felt like a money grab. The shower door leaked and flooded our bathroom floor when anyone showered.

Housecleaning was not good or frequent enough, many items were not restocked in the room, room service was slow, valet parking is quite expensive

Included breakfast, free drinks & snacks in the evenings, plus the ability to offset the resort fee in the shop or on food. However, the outstanding feature was the team proving all these benefits, who were always very friendly and cheerful.

There's a 60d/ day charge for parking that I wasn't aware of previous to checking in, and already had a rented car so had to pay. Just be aware that there's no free parking and the parking lots near the hotel are open so you would need a good rental insurance

very good location, the suites are large and quiet. breakfast is included. nicely located downtown. perfect for a family

dont park with Hilton, they charge you $55 when there is a public parking on the other side free of charge from 8pm to 10am. We always found space.

The indoor pool is why we typically visit. Especially since the current weather situation we’ve needed a little water time.

We wish they at least spruce it up a little with a jacuzzi and a couple of fire pits. Honestly for the price of the room it would be nice.
