Beautiful place to stay within walking distance to everything we wanted to do. The hot breakfast was a great way to start the day. Easy access to parking garage. All the staff very friendly and helpful.

The room was great but the bed pillows could have been better. No other complaints.

They put 5 transactions on my credit card. 2 of them cancelled each other and the other 3 totaled more than 200% of what was there on Booking.com. I have to tell them when I checked out and had to call then few days later.

the hotel didn’t give me back my deposit money, the hold 50$ for each room (2rooms =100$). so they gave me back only part of it even though I stayed only one night and we left our rooms clean, organized and we returned the doors key to the front desk. I need the whole deposit back

Good location

Room was really out of date. Everything was old. AC didn’t work well.

The hotel was clean and the worker was friendly and the area was a good area

the breakfast choices were okay and the location is good for visiting. only issue I found was the check-in. the curb site is too small and can fit only 2 cars.

The rooms are not clean properly, there were dust on the furnitures, bed head board, room has an odor. Furnitures smells like dirty socks. Very disappointed with the hotel standards for it's brand and the price I paid. Also, I paid for twin beds room and got a king bed which was such an inconvenience for my family since I have 2 kids. Sofa bed was old and uncomfortable.

Rooms were very dirty and gross. The housekeeping staff never showed after being requested. the hotel as a whole was very dirty. it was extremely overpriced for the state of the facilities. the entire hotel smelled like marijuana so strongly that it gave me a cough.
