Les omelettes faites sur demande par le cuisinier étaient très bien. La taille de la chambre très bien également. Et nous avons apprécié les 2 happy hours au bar le soir. C'était vraiment bien.

Le seul gros point noir de cet hôtel est leur navette pour l'aéroport. Tout d'abord à l'aéroport il y a 2 zones totalement opposées dans lesquelles s'arrêtent les navettes. Mais aucune indication n'est fournie où la navette s'arrête. Ni sur place, ni lors de la réservation ni encore sur le site internet de l'hôtel. La navette n'opère pas a des heures fixes et il faut appeler l'hôtel. Mais cela également n'est indiqué nulle part. Ayant du nous rendre a 3 reprises à l'aéroport, cela a tout de même un peu gâché la chose alors que le reste était très bien.

The hotel is at a convenient location and met our needs. The staff is friendly and the rooms were clean and sufficient for our overnight stay requirements. Parking was plenty and free and access to the hotel is easy. Elevators are conveniently located. Plenty of luggage carts are usually available though their availability at checkout time can be challenging. The sundries room is reasonably equipped but overpriced. However, the management could do better. Breakfast is average. Freshly made omelettes are good but the rest leaves much to be desired. I did not take advantage of the guest reception in the evening.

Several negatives: 1. Checkin at 3 PM is busy, like any other hotel. Rooms were not ready, so the staff attempted a honor based queue system which could be executed better. Just take names and call out people in the right order. This might prevent some guests from feeling that they weren't recognized in the order they thought they were in. Restaurants do this well so there is no reason why this hotel cannot. Overall delay was less than 20 minutes. 2. The hotel was out of extra blankets and pillows! This was a shocker. 3. Water pressure in the room was varied. Sinks were low pressure while the shower was high pressure. I reported this when I checked out and the front desk took note of it. I hope that it will be addressed for the next guest. 4. Pillows were too soft - and since the hotel was out of pillows and blankets it made the sleep less comfortable than desired.

I liked that the hotel is clean and nice quiet atmosphere the staff is pleasant.

I didn’t like the fact that the hotel quest must pay for parking. It’s ridiculous to milk the customers out of they money. When Embassy nor Hilton does own those grounds that the hotels sits on.

Cooked to order breakfast was excellent. I bought dinner ar the grill the night before . My dinner was delicious. Jose was the chef. He did an outstanding job!

Very good all-round hotel for our family traveling with dog. Nice to have the indoor pool and spa, though these were being treated and not usable part of our stay. Great location for a short walk to restaurants and shops, and parks to walk the dog and let kids play. Good breakfast, comfortable bed, clean room.

Rooms are dark and could be updated.

The beds were comfy and had adequate covers. The staff were friendly.

There was no fan in the bathroom, and the bar was very expensive.

I like the room

I don't like the location or the fact you have to pay for parking. The property pictures show better than the property. It needs updating. No complimentary coffee or tea in lobby and that was strange for hilton. I was a little disappointed.

Last minute stay here and it was great - I appreciated having two rooms, the king bed was very comfortable, and the Peloton in the gym was an added bonus! Great courtyard for remote working as well!

The location was close to various stores. The continental breakfast was what we expected.

There was hair found throughout the bathroom. Luckily we had our cleaning supplies. Possibly a pet stayed in the room before we arrived. The shower curtain was also very worn and torn. Sadly the pool was out of service and that was a major reason we chose the hotel for our children.

clean a little dated shower needs to be updated but hot water pressure was great and heat/ac worked well during our stay on Saturday it was 70 degrees on Sunday temps dropped to 30 degrees and it was snowing the next day

The breakfast omelette station the food was great !!! but the wait in the line for hot food was crazy they only have 1 person preparing orders she needs some help. oh yeah and the staff at breakfast assume that the people that they are serving don’t understand Spanish-I do and the conversation or comments that the cook was making was not appropriate- for this reason we booked at another embassy down the street and probably want return do to the long wait for breakfast but it was a good breakfast
