Location and room was great

the sauna did not work well and i didn’t like the key entry

I love this place. Yes its an older hotel, but it is well kept, clean, and well priced. The beds are comfy, the pillows are big and the blankets are warm.

The bathroom is falling apart. The whole toilet moves when you sit, and the toilet seat was barely hanging on and the toilet itself, is very low to the ground.

Room was not fully clean, there was a lot of dust on the bedside tables -the kind that lifts when you put something on top - and generally around. One of the rooms inside the room was clearly unfinished with visible water mains and only an ironing board inside. Too expensive for what you get

Everything, it was clean and comfortable. Customer service was excellent.

It was tidy, clean, unique and a nice size. I liked the location, and there was an old, cozy atmosphere about the hotel. The fireplace in the room was a pleasant ambiance. I loved the vintage photos on the wall.

It was a bit awkward to use the elevator, as I could not get the trolly down the second part of the stairs. The view out the back parking lot was not scenic. The temperature of the room was extremely warm with the fireplace on.

I stayed a couple of night and they didn't make the room the first day. When I brought it up to the receptionist, she just said "Sorry about that" and didn't provide a solution or make up for it whatsoever.

The room was clean, the lobby was beautiful, they have very nice local artwork everywhere. I would definitely stay again. The location is very easy to find and is close to almost anything you would need. The price was very reasonable as well.

the bathrooms are small so a counter in the main room with a mirror would be great

We loved the location! And it’s also a really cute town.

A little outdated and musky, and our bathroom was a tad bit tiny compared to the whole room.

the beds were comfortable, good location. Fireplace in the lobby was a nice touch.

It wasn’t very soundproof, but luckily we were there in off season.
