I dint like any of their facilities. Its my first time I am staying in this kind of filthy motel.

Explanation of what happened. They gave us their ROOM 308, we checked into it, the room smelled like Rats dead hole. It was soo soo soo stinky such that nonone could breathe. We were two married couples. We went back to the receptionist and complained about the smell, she said she dont have any other room and no cleaners available, so she cant do nothing. We told nobody can sleep in there with that smell. She then told she can give us a perfume. We told we cannot adjust there. After continuous arguments, she told yes I have a room which is one double bed and she asked us 4 to adjust in that one bed. We asked them if they can put a mattress for us and still she said NO. We said we cannot adjust. Then she told this is what we can offer else you have to leave the motel. We asked if you guys cant help then what is customer service? We asked her to contact her Manager, she told they are not available. Then luckily I got a number from the Booking.com app whom I called and I explained the whole situation. She told she will call the receptionist. Within 5 minutes that lady called me back and said they have arranged a different double bed room for us. I went back to receptionist to get the keys for it, she threw the key on me. We travelled 8 hours to reach that motel so badly we wanted to sleep there, so we dint ask anything, we got the keys and went into the room. There were people with Asthma and fever along with us.That new room was also stinky but not as bad as the old one. When we went back to pick stuffs from the old room, a cleaning lady came into the room. So the receptionist was LYING about nobody is there to clean and she was lying about rooms availability as well!! Everything came into play when that lady called her. Not sure of that receptionist name, but she worked on Jun 29 & 30, 2024 nights. Also second day when went went to take some ice, there was no glass to put ice in, I asked to the same receptionist and she said NO we dont have any.

The staff had difficulties to answer simple question. Seem like i was disturbing them

No breakfast, but we knew that beforehand

We stayed 2 nights and there was no housekeeping. We had to ask for fresh towels, and bed was never made
