Location was great, delicious breakfast, snacks and 2 free drinks at happy hour. Very friendly, efficient staff and a free shuttle if you need it.

The breakfast was fine and the bed was comfortable. The location was good.

There was something sticky on the TV dresser in the living area. The floor was not as clean as I would have expected. There was no coffee, no cups, no cream or sugar and no tea in the room. When asked the coffee was brought to us. I requested a handicapped room with a rollator entry shower. That's what we received...ON THE 6TH FLOOR!, AND AS FAR AWAY FROM THE ELEVATOR AS POSSIBLE! i'M ON OXYGEN AND IT WORE ME OUT JUST GETTING TO THE ROOM. And, what was I supposed to do in the case of a fire? Ask my husband, 80yrs old, to toss be out a window...because I surely wouldn't have been able to get down six flights of stairs. Why are handicapped rooms on any floor other than the first or second floor? As for a hotel fir, my husband and I were in one in San Francisco many years ago when I was much younger and healthier and it was terrifying. The maids were pleasant but the front desk was not! The staff preparing omelets were fine. The last morning there were several police cars at the front door and the officers brought a man down in the elevators in hand cuffs.

The staff was terrible. Emily at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional. Cindy kept saying that booking.com prepaid reservation was wrong and wanted me to call booking.com at 2am to resolve the issue! Worst part they charged me $250 after I left and when I called they said I stole 2 blankets and air dryer which I never ordered in first place. Mind you we are in June and it was very warm and when I asked to speak to manager, they said her name is Sara Lee and she is out of town. Don’t ever go to this hotel unless you want to be robbed. Worst possible experience

Location was close to my new apartment, so it was great. Breakfast was so-so.

More variety, don't know if it will be cost-effective, though.
