The room was dirty and expensive for price for that room level.

The front desk clerk on duty at check in was new and left on his own on a very busy day for Detroit. He did wonderful!

The workers were very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room was large.

The bathtub drain was clogged, while taking a shower the water built up to two or 3 inches deep. Shower curtain had a large and obvious hole in it as well- basically at eye level, so hard to miss. Bathroom faucet was touchy, if I didn’t push it down exactly right it would continue to run. Keurig in the room was also broken. The only reason I cared to use the Keurig is because when I drank the final sips of the coffee I had gotten from the urn in the dining area of the hotel, I found my mouth full of coffee grounds, which was highly unpleasant. Also, not the fault of anyone at the hotel obviously but there is a ridiculous amount of construction going on on I-75. For someone who’s not familiar with the area this was a major headache to navigate. Overall I felt that my experience didn’t live up to the brand or the price. front desk workers were exceptional 👍🏻

Location

The hotel was outdated n not clean at all. Toiletries needed to be refilled and no shower curtain in bathroom. Ice bucket was broke and ended up leaking all over and the hot breakfast was not available. Pretty disappointing for a holiday inn and the price.
