Rooms are excellent, above the hotel rating. Those are more apartements with kitchen and the facilities.

I didn't like the breakfast. It is very modest with a poor coice of meals but this is typical for north American hotels.

We had a family emergency and needed to leave sooner. I messaged several times about canceling my reservation but they never wrote back. We ended up getting charged the full amount which I never understood.

Breakfast was great!

Our hot water didn’t work for our shower and they were full and couldn’t move us to a different room. We feel like we should’ve been given a discount due to not having a warm shower while there. Other than that it was good.

They put me in a room with no working air conditioner, no airflow, and no solution to fit it. Had to go buy a fan at 10pm just to sleep.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good size room. The floor in the shower needed a bit of maintenance, but it was clean. Breakfast options were good as well. There were lots of places to plug in phones for charging on nightstands.

Light switch locations in the room were oddly placed. Entry light switch was around a corner by the bathroom.

This is such a nice property. It was a last-minute booking and we didn't arrive until almost 10 pm (and left by 5:30 am) so we didn't have much of a chance to enjoy it but it was so modern, clean, and comfortable. Our room was super spacious with a beautiful bathroom (we even took notes on some of the design elements as we are currently remodeling our bathroom at home). While we arrived by car we did notice they had a shuttle to/from the airport.
