Liked only the cereal.

The food was cold and the bread tasted old . Didn’t like the breakfast at all.

When we walked in it was super uninviting. It smelled like barf. There was no one around. Our room felt old, dirty, out dated, not comfortable, terrible lighting, cleaning spray thick & greasy on all surfaces. It was sad and needs love bad. I’m not one to complain but this space needs some upgrades, care and attention bad. Our bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke so bad. It was just gross. We left and got our money back.

Room was big. Staff was great!

Bed was soft, back ache. Sunk down into it. Needs to be replaced I think.

firstly was disappointed that hot tub and pool were not available despite no mention of this on website, the pillows were terrible and thin, not enough bedding considering the cold conditions. was not impressed by eating breakfast off of paper plates and with plastic cutlery. there was rubbish under the fold out mattress and despite being there four nights are room was not serviced. we had to find staff to get towels and toilet paper. we have stayed twice previously while visiting and loved this hotel but have to say I’m very disappointed compared to previous visits

Poor choice for breakfast, no singles veggies but every day the same, no waffles as there used ti ne, there used to be also light dinners but not any more, no cleaning services still excused by covid.

Breakfast choices were good;?but they were not warm enough.

Kitchen in room; comfortable bed.

Nonstop barking dog across the hall and staff unwilling to do anything about it. No pet policy or just aren’t willing to enforce one?? Finally moved to another room — on the next floor straight above the dog. Not much improvement! Central air not working in the “new” room so we listened to a loud portable unit all night that didn’t sufficiently cool the room. Not a very pleasant experience!!

the rooms were fairly nice and they were comfortable.

our first room AC didn’t work well so they moved our room no issues. second room same issue, room would be set to 67 AC but was always about 74 degrees. the swimming pool was freezing cold, unable to go in.

Breakfast was great! Very nice staff, Stacey was awesome and kept us informed as we were trying to extend our stay. She went above and beyond to help us! We also had our dogs with us and the hotel was very pet friendly. Thank you!

We stayed here a few months ago and the price was a lot less. This time it was significantly higher because the graduation.

Good room

The shower door was faulty and shower head was faulty

great location, clean, friendly staff, rooms were large, breakfast was good

they did change over cable company and did not alert guest. I would have liked a warning.

Our stay was very positive. We stayed at our local Homewood suites while some work was being done on our home. The staff was friendly and responsive, the suite was spacious and comfortable and everything was very clean. The complimentary breakfast was a step above typical hotel breakfasts with different options each day. And the hotel is pet friendly so we were able to bring our dog. We highly recommend this hotel!
