Everything was excellent

The beds are super comfy and I love their pillows. Rooms overall aren't bad.

The check in process is not great, very disorganized and takes way to long. The day I checked in I had an electric car that badly needed to be charged. There were three work trucks parked in the electric charging station spaces and the management refused to do anything about it. Which means I had to tow my car to a charging station the morning of my check out. Thanks guys. There is no bottled water available. The restaurant is not great, serves low quality food that they charge a lot of money for. During this stay, the front desk agent had to come up and spend 15 minutes in my room playing with the direct TV box to get it to work. Shortly after she left, it stopped working again and never worked a moment again during my stay. Management seems unbothered by the mediocre experience guests have here.

This location banned me from entry for no good reason. I ws not given a reason.

Great location. Good restaurants nearby. Very comfortable suite.

The only issue we had was my husband had trouble with the water pressure really dropping as he was trying to shower. I had taken a bath earlier and didn’t experience any water pressure issues.
