Helpful friendly staff. Loved being close to the entrance as I was having a hospital procedure done. It was very convenient and easy for me to handle.

At first they were nice and the place was clean and it was affordable just perfect for us I had thought about staying a couple additional nights

When it came time to check out of the room we had over slept and staff woke up my husband and I and since then they treated us like we weren’t paying customers and acted as if we was an inconvenience even after they had charged me for the late check out they even tried to keep my whole cash deposit because of it and not only that we didn’t complain about anything even after finding out they had put us in a room that had a busted out window

It's been over a month since our stay here . I just wanted to write a great review . Great room! Great location! Great breakfast!!! And the service here ... Was awesome!! I can remember the ladies name . Middle age brown hair and her husband works doing maintenance there. We laughed because I also have worked in this business for 10 years and my husband also does maintenance so we had this in common. I have stayed in many places many hotels and for this price you do get what u pay for. And the hot tub was amazing! Thanks so much !

Location was great and staff was very friendly

The jetted tub was VERY noisy when you ran the keys and noisy when you drained the tub. The king bed or oversized double bed was ok on a comfort level but the fitted sheet didn’t fit tight and the mattress cover was like sleeping on a plastic bag. The tv was good but was stationary and didn’t move for easier view while on bed or while in the jetted tub.

The cable didn't work all night I really want my money back the shower didn't drain

asked for a $100 room deposit, refundable within a few days after checkout. I’ve never paid a damage deposit for a motel or hotel stay before this.
