The friendly maids that clean the rooms

The pool was filthy which indicates that the pool has poor quality filters as well as no one cleans pool on a daily basis. The fact that there is no warm contental breakfast or any breakfast as advertised and guaranteed with every booking. I booked weekly rental rooms which guaranteed that there were full functional kitchenette the stove was not properly working and had exposed wiring and the kitchen faucet was not fully installed or operational at all as advertised in the booking details. The rooms had roaches and the bedding and towels were stained unsatisfactorly. The flooring not cleaned as well as the AC units filthy and rusty and poorly working. The parking lot had litter and trash laying all over the ground I got a razor blade in my back tire and had to get it replaced which cost me $180 due to them not properly street sweeping their parking lot. These staff members Stephanie, Gracie, Kourtney, and Abby unethically and dishonestly manage and run the Hotel Establishment by fraudulently comm1iting credit card fraud charges without prior authorization and notification. These staff members also display and conduct themselves in a Unprofessional manner by exercising RACISM towards guest of opposite ethnic backgrounds to their Causaian ethnicity. These females do not uphold to the Choice Hotel Stay Mission / Vision Statement as well as any type of Hospitality trait/mannerisms.

The bed was nice.

Broken door lock, smoky room, toilet ran on and off every few minutes all night, no breakfast included although it was advertised as having breakfast. 1 staff said she'd move us but that didn't happen.

Literally nothing.

There were black dots covering the entire shower. It would run off with enough effort but the cleaning staff never attempted to fully clean the shower. There were dead flys all over the windowsill. There were a lot buzzing around too. The paint was scratched up and marked all along the interior. The remote didn't work, it only let you go down in channels not up. My car was attempted to be broken into as well, my car alarm went off at 12am.

There was nothing to like!!

The room was old,dirty, stains on the carpet, there was a whole in the shower wall. Bed was broken down, you laid on it and it sucked you to the middle. It had a old smell.

It's a standard motel outside of the city center. The room was ok, shower ok, bed very confortable. Good to have microwave and fridge in the room.

The door was ruined by an accident (I believe) and not closing very well. Breakfast was insufficient: everything was finished at 8 and no replenishment at all.

The hotel gave my room away!!! I had a reservation and they gave it away. I couldn’t find another room anywhere in town! I’m very disappointed!

The lounge was closed and the breakfast was nowhere near what we’ve had in the past.

Staff was nice, but very very understaffed. Beds were comfortable. My son loved the pool and the pool tables.

The walls in the bathroom were dirty. It looked like there was feces smeared on the wall by the toilet paper holder. There was dirt in the corners of the bathroom that had not been cleaned in some time and trash on the floor of the room under the tables and furniture that had been there awhile. The breakfast was understaffed, most stuff was gone long before end of breakfast and juice machines were broken. Our room phone was not plugged into the wall and there wasn't even a cord to plug it in and the toilet ran all night.
