Room staff

Booking.com offered breakfast for a price. I was then again charged another fee for breakfast. So I am out 10.50 for breakfast because it was for a certain order and I wanted a different meal at the same price,I will be contacting Booking.com on it. I should be refunded the extra money I was charged without details about their breakfast.l

I wouldn’t have picked this property if I knew the whole thing was under construction, the air stayed hot and there weren’t parking spots when we got there. this was not at all worth what we paid!!

The room was very clean and nice. Really enjoyed the hot tub and pool. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

the weather was -10 and the temperature inside was tropical,lots of room for the little ones to wonder around.

Close to the airport.

Facility was dated. Biggest thing was that in the morning when we were getting ready there were cockroaches coming out from under the fridge.

it’s right next to the airport so it worked with my insanely late flight.

over charging for rooms from the 1970s the smell of chlorine was everywhere and very overpowering. They charge over $150 per night and don’t even let people know that the bar and grill is closed.

Stayed the night before a flight in a blizzard and subzero temps. Checking was east and we were put in a room the was east to bring our many bags to. Multiple baggage carts also made it easy. Park and fly and a 24 hour shuttle kept th red bag loading the next morning quick and easy.
