They ripped me off $100 on my card and refused to ever help me get it returned

Room was dated and hook fell off the wall when hanging a swimsuit. Barking dogs below our room and next to our room. Water slides broken, crowded cold pool.

the tiki bar was dirty, the reception was a mad house, the room both queen beds bedding and bed skirts were stained, bathroom was dirty, floor was dirty, walls looked like they could use a fresh coat of paint, the vent in the room was rusted, the water slides was not working. the front desk staff was rude, and they could not control other guests in the hotel, I seen staff whom I though were staff at least they had radios on them like other staff but they where drinking on the job, and absolutely not helpful at all. it truly was a mad house, I will never stay there again.

Was supposed to be a king room.. gave us double queens went in sat on the bed and it fell to the floor . I called the front desk to let them know . Instead of sending us to another room she says I will have maintenance come up [this is after 9pm] I wait about 20 minutes and call back up and she does not answer. so I have to walk all the way back to the front desk to see her on her phone. She waits for the maintenance man to call her to give me a room. New room on the other side of the hotel (now this is not a small place ) New room smells like smoke . At this time it's 10pm so we say screw it and stay in that room. I'm not one to give bad reviews But this place and its front desk was horrible!

The parking was convenient

This was the worst hotels stays by far!

Sofa bed mattress was severely stained. Large water slide didn’t work. Pool hours began in late afternoon.

We liked the idea of having another option for hotels with Waterparks.

I don't feel like our room was overly clean. There's were stains on the bedding. The floor boards had something on it pretty much all the way around the room. I also felt like the pool areas weren't as clean as well. Lots of staining on the pool and hot tub sides. The bigger pool had random sand on the bottom in multiple areas.

room was t ready when it was time to check in had to wait an extra hour and a half before I could check in and pool area was cold and pool hrs were weird..

check in was at 4 and we weren’t able to check in to our room for almost 2 hours.

Pool was good , tiki bar was good restaurant was okay , shower was awesome water pressure was good

Rooms could of been cleaner, especially by the beds and walls.. move the beds and clean them..

kid friendly. kids had a blast!

sheets on both of the beds in our room were dirty.

The breakfast was ok but it was but I didn't care for paying 6.99 for a normal hotel breakfast it should be complimentary.

Water slides were broken. No fan in the bathroom

We were told the slides and hot tub was working and they were not. I booked and confirmed 2 rooms they only had 1 room, the check in process took almost 2 hours. Totally unacceptable.

I loved the caring and consideration of the life guards at the pools they were so attentive to the kids and special needs adults we had.

The front desk staff was not very kind actually felt when needed we were bothering them

The kids liked the pool.

Our bathroom door wouldn't lock, there was a lot of water by the door from the ice machine leaking.

The large amount of marijuana smell on the first floor amd lingered into the swimming and seating area There is no way staff could not smell this
