The staff was reasonably friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent.

The facilities were old and in poor repair. The towels were dingy and stained. My room didn’t have a refrigerator or a microwave, which I find unacceptable at a Hampton Inn, and on top of that, all the ice machines were apparently broken, so I had to repeatedly ask staff for ice - but then I had no place to store it because I didn’t have a fridge. For a property rated 8.5 and for what I paid, I was really disappointed.

Bathroom was relatively clean and remodeled not long ago it appeared.

The bedroom carpet was so dirty that it made fresh clean socks dirty from walking on. I booked the room for mother and she told the staff about it but didn't clean the room while she was there.

Price was good for location. Hotel is very clean. Staff that we did see at the desk were nice.

Hotel is going through renovations. Pool is closed No daily cleaning service for rooms. Towels were not available at desk. Booking site shows pool available. Desk staff said they know and are not allowed to take down photos.
