Breakfast was great but very congested with long lines.

The staff was amazing!

The location and parking was a mess.

We were in town for a concert. Not only was the arena within walking distance, but so many other area attractions were as well. The Hotel provided many activities including children on property and to have multiple options for meals within the Hoyel as well made for a very relaxing stay.

Parking was across the street and had to carry baggage into hotel instead of having access from the garage to the hotel via the Skywalk. Although I understand why, it would've been nice. We did get to use it to carry out though.

Breakfast was excellent.

If you are paying resort prices, the pool/sauna/hot tub facilities should be open, or you should be entitled to a partial refund. Toilet in my parents' room plugged at 4am. Took too long to get staff there. Front desk was very rude when I went down to check on it. You can either charge resort prices and give resort service, or you can charge an average price for average service. You can't charge resort prices and give average - at best - service. Will go elsewhere in the future.

All staff were har working and kind. The breakfast was great. Overall excellent experience. Was impressed with the number of staff that were working.
