I didn't wake up in time for breakfast! I loved the fact that there is a 24 hour business center that is open to guests to use and there is a printer for guests to print any needed documents.

I was upset because I booked the room to be able to go swimming and the pool was closed the night and day we were there. I feel like that should be posted to the booking websites so people aren't choosing a more expensive hotel for the fact that they have an indoor pool but then when they arrive they find out they can't use the pool

Breakfast was good, could of had a little more selection

Got in late Friday and had an appointment early Saturday, tried to catch a nap in the after noon, but the fire alarm went off for over 30 minutes and had to leave the hotel. (There was no fire)

love staff, especially breakfast host - he is awesome!

not their fault but pool being fixed had strong odor. our room needed remodeling - mold in bathroom, ants crawling in bed, exposed nails in missing/torn carpet edging.

The breakfast was not good. Watery, bland eggs. I didn't try the sausage.

Breakfast was good although it was 3 straight days of scrambled eggs and sausage. No variety of the hot foods.

The pool was closed and there is no hot tub. Very disappointing. Also, last Comfort Inn I stayed at had Netflix, this one did not. And, no coffee or water available 24 hours.

The size of the room

Pool was closed. Had to get room keys fixed every day. One bed was to close to the partition. Ice machine was broke on our floor. No dresser. Fridge was a tad small.

It was a nice room, clean, and good breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful

The toilet was loose on the floor and rocked when you sat. Some cracking drywall in the bathroom.

Asked for a handicap accessible room. They sent an email acknowledging request. But we didn't get one. So I couldn't shower while we were there. Pool was closed.

Breakfast was good. Nice assortment. Friendlyness of staff.

Water pressure in room 114 ( shower) was very weak.Pool would have been nice to use, it was out of order still.
