The ice machine an vending machine didn't work!,their was bugs in the tub

I was disappointed I've stayed in Baymonts before and they were nice. This one was just kind of run-down. Definitely was not worth the price I paid. Breakfast might as well have been non existent. No juice, the only hot thing was waffles...but only one waffle maker so not very efficient. We ended up leaving and going elsewhere for breakfast.

Stool in bathroom was loose no hair dryer in room was hard to understand the lady at the front desk left something in the room and when she checked the room she found it but did not say anything and just put behind the desk we were just having coffee

Everything was wonderful.

I liked the room, it was very comfortable. Staff were all very nice and very helpful. Motel was kept up and and very clean. Thank you

They didn’t say when booked that they would charge a $100 deposits, so had I not have that, I would not be able to stay. Took a long time to check in, every single customer there had an issue with checking in. The housekeeping woke us up at 8 o’clock knocking on our door even though check out time was at 11, and knocked on our door again at 10:30 while we were packing and again at 11:08 which is when we were about to leave, as if they couldn’t wait to kick us out. After knocking on our door at 8am, the house keeper proceeded to clean and vacuum the rooms around us and we heard everything and couldn’t get back to sleep. The bed was VERY uncomfortable which I was expecting it bc it was cheap but would have tolerated it, however the service and people were not too nice so the bed was just another issue add on to the problem with our stay.

The hotel was a reasonable price. Breakfast was ok but limited. Room was clean with a working refrigerator which seemes to be a problem in some hotels.

AC was very noisy almost dead with banging noises but worked. Hotel has some strange rules about deposits and other misc. charges. Hotel was very worn and needs refurbished. Banging sound in was very annoying and when brought to the attention of front desk they at first didn't seem to care.

Room was never ckesned. Mold on walls behind bed

The first room was trashed. The second room was next to it & they would spray hallway ‘ our room. Couldn’t get cable service to work & neither could but they said they would work on it. They did finally get it working.6I think
