it was a great central location in French Quarter! walkable to everywhere

my suggestion is some blackout curtains, a mini fridge in the rooms and a shelf and light in the shower would enhance the property

Extremely friendly staff, who were so, so helpful. Pool was also nice and the hotel was quiet despite being located in a busy area.

Our room did not have a window. Housekeeping also came very early.

Great location and friendly amazing staff. Michael, who helped us with our luggage and car was outstanding-very kind and helpful! Front desk and cleaning staff were also great.

The location is terrific. The Chateau is right in the heart of the French Quarter. I did not like that our room had no window and the room and hallway had a stale smell. The bed was comfortable.

The pool was not clean and the fountain was green. I did not swim in the pool because it was dirty and I didn't enjoy the green fountain.

The location was close to the market (but they had no vendors) and many shops/restaurants walking distance. The staff was friendly. The tv worked. WiFi available

There was mold all over bathroom ceiling and floor boards. My allergies went crazy. The lights turned on and off by themselves at night multiple times. The door has only a key lock not very secure. The air conditioning was cold but the only way to adjust it was on or off works on a light switch hidden behind tv. There is no temperature control. The parking is hard to find. Cost $35 a night with no security and is down the road and across the street from hotel. I won’t go back glad I only stayed one night.
